NOT THE FACE
How to Play

Objective: Reach the end of the round without playing or discarding a face card.

Equipment: Standard deck of 52 playing cards.
Number of Players: 3-6

Before the game begins, each player draws a hand of 4 cards from the deck. If a player starts with 3 or more face cards, they may draw a new hand.

At the start of your turn, draw from the deck until you have 5 cards.

After drawing, play a card.  Depending on the suit of that card, apply the following effect:

Club: Select an opponent. They discard a card of their choice from their hand.
Diamond: Give one other card in your hand to an opponent.

Heart: Shuffle one other card from your hand back into the deck.
Spade: Select an opponent. They draw one card, then randomly discard one card.

If a player plays or discards a face card (K, Q, J) at any point, they are eliminated from the round.

After the effect resolves your turn ends, the next player starts their turn.

The round ends when all players except one are eliminated, or when the deck is empty.  If you're playing multiple rounds, surviving players count up their points based on the cards in their hand.  Points equal the value on card, where J = 11, Q = 12, K = 13 and A = 1.

Turn Structure:
Draw (if Hand Size < 5 Cards)
Play a card.
Resolve effect.
Eliminate any player who discarded a face card.
